Introducing JamComms

JamComms is an upcoming email client for Outlook, Gmail, any IMAP mailbox and Microsoft Teams. Claude will read every message, explain what it is and how much it matters, and suggest where it goes. It will send only when you press Send, and move or delete nothing until you confirm. Early access opens to the waitlist first.

Most of us read mail in three places. Outlook for work, Gmail for everything else, and Teams for the messages that should have been email. The important ones hide among the routine ones, and filters cannot tell an approval request from a newsletter.

Claude can. So we are building JamComms around it.

What will it do?

Every new message will get a short card from Claude: what it is, how much it matters to you, and where it should go. You press Confirm or dismiss it. Mail that needs you moves into six queues (Action, Approvals, Waiting, Read Later, Reference and Archive), and those queues are real folders in your mailbox (labels in Gmail), so it stays organized even on your phone.

For everything you owe or are waiting on, Claude will read the whole thread and note the ask, the due date, and whether the thread shows it is already done.

What will it never do?

We started from the rules and built the features inside them:

  1. Nothing sent for you. Claude drafts replies, follow-ups and delegations. A message goes out only when you press Send.
  2. Nothing deleted without you. A delete happens only after you confirm it, and only to Trash. Rules and filing only move mail.
  3. Nothing moved without you. A rule files on its own only after you have agreed with it five times in a row.

And a fourth, because phishing is the one mistake you cannot undo: a message flagged as phishing will never show a clickable link.

Where is it now?

JamComms runs today for its first user, and we are getting it ready to host for everyone. Join the waitlist to get early access before launch, or read how the queues will work first.

JamComms is in early access. Join the waitlist and you will hear the launch date and prices first.
